Greetings all you Writing Assignment fans! I just wanted to give you an on update some current events.

Scenario 3 contest update: Right now I have the judges busy at work reading all the journals. Winners will be announced on Monday, July 16th!

New signature blocks:You may have noticed some snazzy new signature blocks around this site proclaiming a love for The Writing Assignment. These nifty little images are being given to all our sponsors who donate 500 GP or more. It’s our way of saying thank you to our supporters. To see them, check out "Invalid Item" 

"Invalid Item" : That’s right, The Writing Assignment has declared war! Have you seen The Writing Assignment displayed in the Sponsored Items area a lot lately? Well, you can thank the kind authors of Stories.com for that. I have developed a campfire that works as a relay. As soon as one person is done bidding, he/she post to the campfire and the next person in line is notified to start his/her bidding. It’s working great and I think more people are starting to notice us! And, if you want to get involved, it’s not too late!

Scenario 4: Yes folks, it is finally in gestation and will soon hatch. This one has it all, romance, suspense, action and even some horror. The really nifty thing is you will be able to choose which of the four main characters perspective you wish write from, the damsel in distress, the reluctant hero, the overworked but dedicated detective, or the twisted egomaniac serial stalker turned murder… I wont tell you too much more, just that it’s about an on line friend who wants to get too close. It’s called Roses are Red.
