Okay, let's see if I can summarize this. Valèn is going to be like a Peeping Tom of sorts, watching your characters doing whatever sex act that depicts that sin (the sex is not with Valèn, yet). When your characters' scene/act is over, Valèn will make up his mind, snap his fingers, something, as an indication to the reader that he's pleased with this soul's sins, and he wants him/her. Now for each chapter, Valèn is not "physically" going take them. You can end it however you want. Perhaps he'll just grin, sneer, grow excited, masturbate, depending on how hot the scene is, and he'll think something like... "Yes, this one will do quite nicely -- or, I must have this soul." Then the next chapter/character/sin will begin.

As for having "killers" like Jack the Ripper, Dahlmer, etc. this was just to show the reader an introduction into the Valèn's evil and varied tastes. These were all evil people, who he has as pets, but he's longing for something new ... he's become bored with them. This is where your characters come in. Instead of searching and waiting for good evil souls to come to him, he's going shopping (so to speak).

When all eight sins are written, then in the final chapter, he will work his powers, kill them, and bring each of them back to his domain. I was working on the orgy scene in my head, (okay, stop looking at me like that people) but I'd like to write a little something that each of your characters have done specifically in your chapters and have them do it to him. Now the ending... here's what I have so far. Valèn is going to hear frantic knocking on his door from his other pets (Hilter, Jack, etc). I wonder if ending it with a single line like, "The more the merrier," or something like that.

This is what I've got so far. How does this work everyone? Does this make better sense? Have I gone too far...not far enough?

Dusk
