I apologize sincerely for this, but I have decided to close Round 11 early.

It has come to my attention that this round does not have very good rules in place; I didn't think them through properly. Usually, buying more tickets means you have a higher chance of winning. In this round though, that is not necessarily the case. If one person buys 1000 tickets and clusters them in all one spot, and another buys 100 tickets and spreads them evenly throughout the one million numbers, that second person has a better chance of winning.

So I am going to end this round and return all Gift Points. Round 12 will start in a few days and will probably be a normal raffle round with a single 100% jackpot, after which I'll start getting creative again.
