OH MY GOD IT'S 1 ABOVE IN CANADA AND IT'S JANUARY

I live in the city of Winnipeg. It is known for the fact that it is very cold her averaging at -35 (all my measurments are in celcius) in the winter. Today it is only 0! We had little snowfall til yesterday. In Toronto it is almost Summer they actually have green grass, and the tree's there are extremly confused. Swiss banks refuse to give loans to ski resorts under 1000Mtrs. up due to continually lack of snow!
I didn't expect globla warming to move this fast! The only other explanation is that the Earth's poles are reversing...
Is anyone else having crazy wheather too?
