I have absolutely no firsthand knowledge. If you had gotten a review from me, you would know it (and probably griping about it instead.) However, I only have your assurance of the description of your reply, but not necessarily how the recipient interpreted it. Furthermore, even the most courteous message can still have a malicious intent. Sarcasm also does not easily translate well into text, since it is vocally oriented.

You're absolutely right about him abandoning his recourse of communication and open dialogue through using the anonymous option. However, you also abandon any recourse about how many people he decides to tell about your reaction, or if he decides to visit your port again, or... the knowledge he may have been the same person who upgraded you.

I haven't read your piece nor do I have any desire to do so, so I can't justify the validity of the review. However, he did point out several flaws with the peace and made a recommendation on how it could be made more interesting.
