Misspelled signs don't happen very often here in France. When I lived in Montreal I saw quite a few in English and French, I found it rather refreshing after the strict spelling rules practised in France

In fact the criticism itself didn't annoy me much, the item in question "Invalid Item"  isn't very good by my own standards, so I understand what he meant. Just, it's so bloody cheeky; I can't even take a peek in this person's folder! I'd love to know if he systematically tears to peaces (sic) other writers or did this person actually enjoy Tolstoy, come to think of it 'War and Pieces' is not such a bad title.

The thing is, he could have sent me a review with his/her name stating exactly the same thing, and I wouldn't have responded so acidly, I probably wouldn't have taken the piss or posted here either
