I perfectly understand your rage. I've always wondered, why anyone would send an anonymous review. It's chicken to hide behind harsh criticism. I got one anonymous review, that was positive, which puzzled me even more.

The sentence you quote is dreadful, even if spelled correctly. It's hurtful, because it neither gives reason nor advice.

By the way, what was the item in question?
