I'd say the following:

"Many young women choose to dress immodestly, in order to gain guy's attention. We teach our young men to advoid people dressed such. If you dress immodestly to attract a Mormon guy, you are going to drive him away. And if you do get attention, it's going to be from the kind of guys who only pay attention to people's bodies. Why do you want their attention?"
