The SLAM! Green Room

Talking about campfires, too many people and too few turns, I was once in a story campfire. My turn came probably every 6 to 8 months. Each time I'd forget the main plotline or the names of the characters. I ended up reading that whole thing each time.
You might consider fewer people and making the campfire go around five or six times and then closing it. After that you can always start a new one with new people or we could have two or three campfires.
