They wouldn't let him play. The coach under pressure from the parents and from the organizers of the Burlington Little Soccer League had taken him out of this game. It was just not fair for the other kids, not with Caleb having those legs. He hadn't been born like other kids, and the older the got the faster his legs could move. It was like he had wings on his shoes.
