(ID #152697) rayvenmoon I give it 5 stars I woke last night from a vivid dream. It was beautiful, simple and glowed like a moonbeam. As I lay in my bed I wished it back. But nothing worked to give what I now lacked. I lay there and hoped, with my eyes closed tight. For this dream was something I wished true every night. My eyes began to water, as tears streaked my face. I wanted nothing but to return to that wonderful place. My dream in my grasp, I could still feel his touch. As we laid in bed, to his body I had clutched. His skin against mine as he whispered his love, I clung to my angel sent from above. The truest of love, pure in whole, To the devil I was willing to sell my soul. To help make eternal and, this love, secure. Any pain, any words I was willing to endure. But then that dream had ended so soon, And my wishes were scattered in the light from the moon. As I lay in bed, I thought of my dear And as if by magic my love did appear. A knock on my door, I arose to find His eyes on me, so warm and so kind. He took me in his arms and stroked my hair And washed from my mind my thoughts and my cares. My angel, my lover, his eyes did gleam As I slept in his arms I was living my dream |
