...This really must be anti-computer week for me.


My Mac has always been loyal, but this is just too much.

The moment I was about to walk out the door to go see Harry Potter, I do my check; lights off, stove off, water off, no impending doom waiting for its chance to cause disaster in my absence. Perfect. Then I look at my computer.

Despite having put it to sleep, its not sleeping.

So I do what any woman would do, and I deck around with it.

The black screen doesn't go away.

So, I hit the power button. Wait a few minutes. Start it back up.

All looks good-until it freezes halfway between starting up.

(Does anyone have that tissue?)

Anyways, long story short no program could seemingly repair it. I can only thank God that I dropped a bill and purchased an external hardrive. I only lost little bit of my writing and what not it seems, but I have files that reach into eternity so tracking them down is going to take a bit of time.

What a mess.

I will be adding Squishies and stuff still, but if you're expecting a review, please wait at least a day until I can fully assess what I lost and what I didn't.

Any donations of tissue boxes and mops to wipe up my wailing is greatly appreciated as well.
