Para/Poem Challenge "Open"

Verily I Adore the tale of
the Apropos Arrow launched
from the hand and bow of the
Able bowman.
Following a strait
course, with narry an Arch,
steadfast and true.
I miss the commitment;
the attitude of a William Tell.
Modern statesmen,
lacking the Aptitude,
bludgeon their chosen apple
with the might of tank, bomb,
explosion, and not the finnesee
of thought, friendship, and trust.
