I don't think that the forum is losing its appeal. I just think that perhaps you should try to incorporate something entirely new into the forum:

- a raffle/auction benifiting the group, or perhaps a WDC charity
- surveys
- differet contests: the best image, the best forum, etc (SOMETHING NEW!!!)
- In&Outs
- Word Searches (about Black Cases, or users w/ b.cases)

I don't really know how to help... It's just that I would surely come back if you had something new. I do try to hang around as much, but since I don't have much time to write stories, and many people have left for school, etc, than things do simmer down a little.

Just remember, keep the group going! Even if the forum doesn't stay active, keep on sending your eMails. I do hope you will take my suggestions to heart, though, and perhaps give this group a little bit more spice.
