Are you writing for publication?

Sorry I've been gone so long, everybody. It's good to see you all here.

I'm thinking very seriously of using LULU for the cookbook I'm working on. Before I do, I'll need 5 or 6 volunteers to test recipes for me, some who like cooking, and some who hate it.

The title is:

Cooking for Singles, Seniors, and the Severely Temporally Challenged.

The recipes are all simple, can be increased by simple multiplication, and freeze & microwave re-heat well. Let me know if you're interested.
