Oh, Lord, Elisa! Thank you for telling me this! I knew it hurt you like the dickens, and I felt so bad. A few have told me thanks and meant it. It encourages me that I'm doing the right thing for those who really want to publish.

Then I see all these posts and articles saying the opposite, and they eat up all the confidence, you know? I don't want to hurt anyone.

When I find a really good writer, like you, I become excited and know they will publish someday. I find I rate them on a tougher scale because they're serious, and they know what they're doing. It is so hard to get anything to an editor's desk, I want to help if I can.
