If I say I love you not,


Will that make the pain a lie?


If I say I want you not,


Does that mean my heart won't die?


If I say that time has healed


And my soul is still alive,


Would that mean that I could smile


that somehow I'll survive?


If I say that I don't need you


I can live my life alone


Would it mean I'd laugh again


And be happy on my own?


If I could say it didn't matter


Would it bring you back to me?


That all is now forgotten


We are destined can't you see?


If I could say I'd stay forever


Would you kiss me one more time?


That I could never leave you


To say good bye would be a crime


So I won't say that I don't love you


That I don't want you waiting here


I won't say that I don't need you


That I do not hold you dear


But I will say that you forever


I will love with heart and soul


That I desire you so completely


Only you can make me whole....
