The Rhymes You Hate

The ever redundant monorhyme... or mono(tony)rhyme.

It's hard to do a good poem using monorhyme. The ones I have read make me hate this form even more.

As for a sample, here's my version

The cat
wore a hat
on a mat
with a bat
named pat
look at that!
I spat
the bat
and cat
chased the rat
and the hat
and the mat
swam in a vat
of scat

okay, I'm tired now!
