but I feel obliged to give a public thank you. (I believe that it was most likely someone through this group as this is the only place where I have mentioned my difficulties.)

I am honored, and tearfully happy.
I don't know that I totally deserve it, as I feel like I've been a real lackluster leader lately, but I appreciate your faith in me and will do my best not to let you down, as you have shown a confidence in me that has really brightened my day.
