I'm sorry I haven't been around. I had to take a break from this group for a while, as it was becoming a trigger. I'm going to try it out again for a little while to see how it goes, but I'm not making any promises that I will stick around.

Well, its later, and I read those two articles. I didn't see anything I could really relate to. You see, when I want to SI lately, its so that I won't hurt someone else. I bang my head against a wall instead of going off on one of my nieces. I don't have time to do something else or to wait. Its either do it now, or hurt one of them. Personally, I'd rather hurt myself.
