Write a Story, With a List

List n. A number of connected ideas items or names written consecutively.

Lists are used for many things in life, but they are often thought of as serving a mundane purpose. They are thought of something so ordinary, and are often taken for granted.

My challenge to you is to write a story, with a list. Be it a grocery list, or a life list, a list of events, or people. It doesn’t matter, as long as it tells a story. You would be surprised at what a vivid glimpse someone’s shopping gives on their life.

First Place: 20,000GP
Runner Up: 5,000GP

Everyone who enters will receive a review!

Rules:
-2,000 word limit (can you really make a list longer than that?)
-Have as many items as you like
-Please post in Bitem
-I’m not expecting perfect grammar, but please try your best 
