Re: Re: Re: Form of the week: Kwoa?
My soul has flowed. *Smile*

Will We Love Again?

She broke my spirit, pilloried my heart,
gutted my very soul.

How did we go wrong? How big was my part?
When did we lose control?

Love is part science, part a work of art,
mere portions of the whole.

Might this be folly, and doomed from the start?
Was it not worth the toll?

I loved her then, and I love her still.
We can make this work.

I'll ply my whetstone; sharpen Cupid's dart
for love, a precious goal.

I must run to her,
my feelings impart
and fill this sullen hole.
