Unfortunately, we don't directly process credit cards so I can't answer the question. We do offer two different credit card processing options which usually means one of the two will work... but if you're having trouble with one or both, you'd have to contact the processor(s) that didn't allow the card.

If you used the first option on our checkout page, which is the in-line credit card form that shows up on the page, that's Stripe (which is the company behind Apple Pay). This is a link to their support folks:

If you used the second option on the checkout page, that's the PayPal version... Their support link is this:

... There's link to call or email them from this page.

TeeSpring is also a separate company -- and off hand, I don't know which processor they use to handle credit cards... so I can't speak to why one would accept it and one would not.
