To prevent bulk emailing and spam (bulk unsolicited emails), no, there is no way to do that. You have to do it manually -- and be sure you're not spamming, as that's strictly against our rules. Email should be used for communication; not sending any type of advertising or solicitations so just be sure you're sending the email for the right reasons.
