ALL feedback is welcome. Feedback on voice, characters, story, and plot are appreciated.** I've been working on this story, off and on, for several years. I keep trying to convince myself to write something else, but always come back to this. I've enjoyed working on it, but feel like it's bound to fail. Prone To Wander is an anthropomorphic fantasy adventure, set in North America. The main character is Ruben, a Douglas Squirrel. Ruben was left behind when his family was attacked and taken captive by predators. He gives himself the mission of finding and rescuing his family; if there are any survivors. On his adventure Ruben makes some unexpected friends, the best of which is "Quinn" who, despite his sarcasm, is fiercely loyal. |
