My first attempt at blogging. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

I'll preface this by saying that I've never blogged before. So....
Enter at your own risk!


I've decided to join the "Give It 100!" Open in new Window. Challenge as a way to ease into the blogging world as well as to hold myself accountable in the wonderful world of self-improvement. My goal for the next 100 days (beginning August 2, 2016) is to spend at least 15-30 minutes a day on me. Happiness is something that I, along with many others in this world, struggle with, and sometimes we just need to take a step back and focus on ourselves. That is what I plan to do. I want to become a happier, healthier me. Whether through yoga, going to the gym, meditation, prayer, reading, writing, singing....I want to just take some time for myself and become a better me. *BigSmile*

As the great yogi Sri K. Pattabhi Jois once said...."Practice and all is coming."
