After seven years in the human world, Nerina finally returns to her home, Anneville. Anneville is a place where mythical creatures exist, including witches like Nerina. She is heartbroken when she returns to find that her home is no longer the peaceful place it used to be and is instead in the middle of a war. She must now set forth on a journey to save the place she loves, accompanied by her best friend Isabelle and a new, very peculiar friend named Tim.
