Indignity
Mighty lobster waves ‘the crusher’
his fearsome, serrated claw.
With antennae twitching, mouth seeking,
he crawls over the confused masses.
Only the tape and the glass
prevent him from grasping
the tongues of young children
stuck out at him in disrespect.
