Conversation On A Plane Or A Train

Prompt: Write about a conversation you had with someone on a plane or a train.

My husband and I were trying on a plane to Florida to see my sister. A man got on a plane was friendly and said he traveled a lot on planes. He had been to Australia. I asked him about the opera house. He said it was beautiful and he had been there for concerts and operas. I was impressed. He mentioned the kangaroos and koloa bears. These are the reasons I would want to go to Australia. I was really impressed.

Other times, passengers are quiet and read. The one couple showed their two a puppet video on the lap top and he was quiet. It made the time pass.

We landed at Nashville and waited on passengers. I was hoping Keith Urban or some country star would board the plane but it didn't happen. I had hopes. Maybe I will fly again someday.
