What is the best and most effective way to make a real apology?

Just be sincere and apologize for something you did wrong to someone. You have to really mean it and say the words. We would all like others to be sincere and apologize and forgive them. You make an apology, they will forgive you. You will feel better about yourself and save a friendship or make a new friend. I know this is how I feel about things. To me, be sincere. Don't apologize because someone told you have to. You have to feel sorry and mean it. The truth will set you free.
