Working Affecting My Writing

Prompt: Joy asked if working a job had any effect on our writing, negative or positive and did we use it in our writing?

I worked in nursing in mental health and wrote a poem about the mentally ill. I just wrote to relax and I write fictional stories and I tried not to write anything about the job I was working. In my Blog entries, I had written about one of the patients misbehaving but it made me feel better to do so. I tried to keep my job out of my writing. I was in a better frame of mind to write this way.
