The Mood Of Heaven

Before animals and mankind.

Before mountains and seas.

Before dawn and dusk.

Before the solar system and galaxies.

Before all matter,

God created angels.



With His witnesses now in place,

He spoke galaxies into existence.

Awesome wonder exploded among the angels.

Sound and touch,

taste and sight,

smell and material bodies,

were totally new.



And the angels shouted with joy.
