Closet Writing

Prompt: Lyn asked when did we come out of the closet about being a writer and how did our friends and family members react?

I took a Free Lance Writing Class and Short Story Writing Class and had 2 books published so after the books, everyone knew. My mother saved all the horse stories that I wrote when I was 8. Everyone knew I had a vivid imagination so they weren't surprised. Not everyone gets the writing thing. Some people can do art. Like my mother. Some people can sing music and write songs. We do the best we can with our talents and just keep at them and like when my books came out, people said someone liked them well enough to publish them. I am glad 15 years ago that I took up writing. Now, to write the best seller.
