What a day

I ventured forth with errands in mind to stop what seemed like endless sleep before work began. I took the dog with me. I hate to put him in a cage. All seemed to be going well until after getting groceries I pulled on the key and it broke off. The timing seemed awful. Work was minutes away. I ran into the woods. I had never done this before. I made it to the house with minutes to spare.

At times it seems the cost is endless. Just when you think you get it under control you find out you don't. I survived the day. There seemed to be no help at work. I had no phone and at one point my wife came to the rescue. It turned out okay. I wondered if the day would ever end what a day!!
