Seek First The Kingdom of God

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

If you are reading this entry, please understand this is a new thing for me to be doing and I am not doing it particularly well. I am simply doing it.

What am I seeking this morning? What are you seeking?

For me, life and all its wrinkles often gets in the way of seeking God. At other times, although I appear to be seeking Him, I might simply be seeking His benefits.

Am I seeking Him?

This verse talks about seeking His Kingdom and His righteousness. A previous entry spoke of seeking Him.
