Poems Where I Learn To Let it Out |
| Just another cow meanders on Won't care about her when she's gone Just another bovine spirit flies Like an arrow pierces clear blue skies Just another day in Harbor town, Won't care about another clown Just bury her by the old pine tree Where birds can nest and squirrels flee Just another month as seasons wane Won't care if she eats another tub of grain. Just think of her when you want your share Wasn't it nice to have someone who cares? Just another year of lies, lay out manure Won't care if it's true, you just demur Just wish upon the spider web of hurt and pain Isn't that where all your thoughts remain? Just another divine case of wanting too much Won't care about the fallout and such Just hope to survive when the tide does turn The sun will shine so bright it burns. |
