Stories That Capture My Imagination

Prompt: What kind of stories capture your imagination so that you keep on reading?

A paranormal romance, Regency or any kind of romance, a book about angels, any Jane Austen type story, animal stories as long as they aren't sad. I like stories about fantasy creatures, an autobiography about a favorite singer or actor or actress of mine. I like a good vampire or werewolf story {like "Twilight} as long as it isn't bloody or gory. I enjoy stories about women as well and medieval stories. This is what works for me.
