The world and US is a mess because Congress doesn't care. If we don't care, animal abuse will continue along with people being homeless but I think of all the times people pull together to help others during hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes, this can be a caring world. If no one cares, the world will stay a mess. We need to care about others, the environment, animals and everything in life. If we don't care, there won't be a world or lives of any kind.
