Violin Music:
Is it a manifestation of tinnitus?

I hear
violins play;
their music echoing,
their soft chords reverberate through
my ears.

Haunting
music produced
by an unseen bow hand
performing for an audience
of one.

Where do
these spectral chords
come from? I am alone!
I have only the central air
turned on.

Is this
a medical
problem? Is it a form
of tinnitus? What is it that
I hear?
