Proud Of Me
Prompt: When is the last time someone told you that they are proud of you?

It has been awhile. After my extensive bowel surgery, being on a breathing tube, waking up and learning to walk again and after I accomplished all this, my husband, mother and son told me that they were proud of me.

I published two books and my husband told me that he was proud of me.

I get a thank you at work and a hug and a "I love you" for a good job that I have done so I guess this counts. A smile, hug, pat on the back, a smile and a hand squeeze can mean that I am proud of you. I will take these.
