Buddha
Prompt: Buddha. We are shaped by our thoughts. When the mind is pure, a shadows follows us around. Do you agree?

Our thoughts can make us believe that we are sick. We worry about failing and being a bad parents and we can't let our thoughts take over. If people believe we can do it, it gives us confidence. About the shadow. I don't know. I feel a dark cloud hangs over me sometimes and other times I feel unicorns and nice clouds follow me around. I don't know about Buddha so this is a learning experience for me.
