August Moment

Prompt: Think back on an August moment that stands out in your mind. Be it good, bad and write about it.

I went to the Blueberry Festival. This is a Festival with flea markets, singers, fireworks, cooked foods, music, a carnival, games and a tractor pull. I love the fireworks. My mother and I went to the Flea Market. I found doll clothes for my dolls. I got an idea for a modern day Raggedy Ann and Andy Dolls and my mother is going to make some for me.

My son got all his furniture and things moved to Minnesota. He is ready to start his new job. He is going to spend time with me before he moves there for good. August wasn't a bad month but then again when my son moves there for good, I will miss him.
