The First Time

Prompt: The first time.....

The first time ever I saw your face comes to mind. I love Roberta Flack's song. It is used for a commercial about abused animals. I cry. I love animals and they do have the sweetest faces. Like my kitty. She is a turd but she is affectionate.

The first time I went to school. I was in Kindergarten. My teacher was mean. I survived. The first time I scrapbooked. Hey! This was cool. I was designing something. The first time I wrote a story for my Free Lance Writing Class. I was taking writing seriously. Guess I know how Neil Armstrong and John Glenn felt when they landed on the moon. First times can be nice and not so nice.
