Sound Of Music-Carrie Underwood
I finally got to see Carrie Underwood in the stage play version of: "The Sound Of Music." I bought the DVD of it. A country music star, well I think she pulled it off. She can act as well as sing and she sang the songs really well. You can tell the sets are on stage but that didn't take away from the play. I didn't like Carrie Underwood until she sang "Blown Away" but I love her music now.

I love the original "Sound Of Music" and Julie Andrews made it famous but I feel Carrie will be remembered with praise in her "Sound Of Music" role. The other characters did well also. I don't always like remakes but I approve of this one. Same story line and songs with new faces. I hope you will enjoy Carrie in this version as much as I do.
