We are having a very breezy day, but nice and warm. Everybody's grass is greening up, weeds included. Trimming, mowing, edging, and weeding will soon be in full swing. And can you believe, according to my calendar, we "spring forward" with daylight savings time on March 13th...only ten days!

Gazing out my window while I'm supposed to be typing today, I learned something. A white County pickup stopped across the street and the driver exited and proceeded to slap orange stickers on two of my neighbors' trash cans. "For what?" I wonder. Then it dawned on me, there must be a rule that you cannot leave your trash can by the curb after the trash has been picked up. I googled and that is exactly right. Who knew? Maybe I won't have to look at trash cans so long now! Or maybe not...wonder what the penalty is?
