A Little Reminder

Okay, I know people have lives that do not fully revolve around me...or so I am told anyway ...however, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't starting to think my perfect date was not so perfect. This is the 4th day and still no call. Well, it is only 3pm so there is still time before the day is over, but still!!

I was talking to one of my co-workers and she encouraged me to send him a quick text message. He started a new job today and last night I thought about sending a message wishing him luck, but I didn't want to contact him too soon, especially if he isn't interested...not that I would ever know, but you know what I mean, right?! If not, just pretend for the moment! So I did it...I sent him a message that simply said, "Hey! I was just thinkin bout u on ur 1st day at ur new job...hope it is goin great!" Simple enough, right??

I guess that will give me my answer if he is actually intersted and just been busy or if he is not interested at all, right? I mean, I understand him not replying while at work, not everyone has a relaxed job like me ; however, sometime this evening I should hear something. I would think/hope so anyway!!

I tell ya, dating is not for those without patience!!
