Awesome Creation
Heavenly Father,

When I stop to think about it, you really have thought of everything. The more I learn, the more I realize how awesome you are. My body tells me when it needs nourishment and rest, just like the earth tells us when it needs water and sun. You have given us the ability to choose how we will satisfy those needs. Please guide me towards the things that will nourish me the best.
