New Start!

Well, as usual I haven't kept up with any of my journaling. It's been months of chaos and change in my life. That has finally changed - at least for a little while.

I quit my job last week and for the first time in years, I have no job to go to. AND, I'm ok with this. Graduate school just started and I'm focusing more on that than I would have. I'm also hoping that I can get through grad school faster by not working. This should be interesting. I have days free and I'm not sure just how I should fill them.

One of my other options is to work on my writing. That's why I am back at writing.com. I also enrolled with the Long Ridge Writers Group. So I have to write also. I've realize just how important writing is to my life and that what I was doing before wasn't as important. I also posted another story here. It's the first time that has happened in a very, very long time. We'll see how that goes. I also got my first "5" rating with the new story. I'm very excited and grateful for that reviewer.

This is the start of a new part of my life. I expect some challenges but I am also hoping for some triumph's.
