There is a lot within me Other Than Scriptwriting. This blog is devoted to those stories.

Two More Sections/Parts
Two More Sections/Parts

Once again, I only had a few hours to work on my WDC Short Story for this month. It was enough time to write two more Sections/Parts for this WDC Short Story. I could have maybe written another Part/Section today, but I had some problems with these two. One of those problems is the number of words in a Section/Part.Most of my short stories come in ten Parts/Sections. Each Section/Part equals about two hundred words. Sometimes they are a little under two hundred words, and that’s very good because often these Parts/Sections are a little bit over two hundred words. The ones that are over two hundred words hopefully equal the ones that are under two hundred words.

The first half of my short stories is usually a little under a thousand words, while the second half has often been a little bit over a thousand words. That’s why most of my short stories are mainly between about nineteen hundred and fifty words to around nineteen hundred and eighty to ninety. I don’t like it too close to two thousand if I can help it.

Almost all of my short stories are about nineteen hundred and eighty words long, give or take about ten words. That means the first half of these short stories is about nine hundred and eighty words, while the second half is about nine hundred and ninety words. As long as they are a little bit under two thousand words is a finished Short Story.

When a Section/Part is over two hundred words, then I need to do some updating. I had a lot of problems doing that with my first four Parts/Sections for my latest WDC Short Story. If I hadn’t needed to update these four Sections/Parts, I probably would have gotten another Section/Part written today. Unfortunately, that’s not my only problem today.

I also had a problem with having too many characters in a Short Story. If I have more than two to four characters in one of my short stories, I get a lot of criticism about it from Readers, especially with too many characters that only appear in one or two Parts/Sections in my short stories. That’s something else I needed to update today.

When I started working on these two Sections/Parts I had about six to eight characters in this WDC Short Story, but only two were the two main characters of this WDC Short Story. The other four to six characters are still in this WDC Short Story, but their character names weren’t used. There are only two main characters for this WDC Short Story.

Overall, there are nineteen characters in this WDC Short Story. One is Denma, our female hero of it, three Healthcare Professional Assistants, and fifteen Healthcare Professional Assistants-To-Be. If I gave names for all these characters, this WDC Short Story would be well over two thousand words, especially if they are only used once or twice in it.
