Another long day of moving from our old place to our new place. Unfortunately, that means that I didn’t get any more paragraphs written for Part One of my Water Wars Scene Outline. It also means that writing this blog entry today is the first chance I have had to get on my laptop today. That’s how busy my brother and I have been today.

It hasn’t been all bad news today about my writing. When I woke up early this morning, my hip was still hurting me a little bit, but it wasn’t a pain kind of hurting me; it was just a hurting me kind of hurting me. Luckily, it didn’t last that long. By the time we came back to our new place with a load, it was gone.

Unfortunately, my brother and I still have a lot of things we need to get out of our old place. Some of it we can’t transport in our Dodge Journey because it’s too big. We have no choice but to rent a truck or van tomorrow and move everything out in one trip. After all, we can’t afford more than one trip because of the price for mileage.

That’s not all we need to do tomorrow, though. We still need to start cleaning up that place. After all, we only have a few days before we need to be out of our old place. What does that mean? It means that my brother will have to work on cleaning up that place over the weekend. Unfortunately, he won’t have that long to accomplish that.

After all, I return to work on Saturday to start my first twelve-hour shift at work at six PM WDC time. That means I need to leave our new place at about five PM WDC time. Which means my brother needs to be done working on Saturday and Sunday by five PM WDC time so that I can get to work by six PM WDC time. Will it be enough time to finish the clean-up?

That depends on how much cleaning up we can do tomorrow. If we can get most of the cleaning up done tomorrow, my brother may finish cleaning up our old place this weekend. We don’t have a lot of cleaning that we need to do on our old place to get some, most, or all of our deposit back on it, but we do still have some cleaning up to do there.

The good news about all this moving is that I will be able to continue working on my Water Wars scriptwriting project during my two twelve-hour shifts this weekend. Unfortunately, the bad news is I don’t know how I’m going to feel about writing this weekend, not only because of moving into our new place, but also because of work itself.

If it’s anything like last weekend, I may not feel up to working on this scriptwriting project, especially this Saturday evening. Last Saturday/Sunday shift, I only got twelve paragraphs written in those twelve hours. It wasn’t that much better during my Sunday/Monday shift with twenty-eight paragraphs, but it was a little bit better.

Hopefully, it won’t be as bad this weekend as it was last weekend. I know one thing. It can’t get much worse than it was last weekend, especially last Saturday/Sunday. Right now, it’s up in the air whether I can get a lot of writing done this weekend while I’m at work. Hopefully, I can get a lot of paragraphs written this weekend on this project.
